Frank C. Gulin is a partner with Pargament & Hallowell, PLLC. He has practiced employment law counseling and litigation since 1992. Mr. Gulin counsels clients in all areas of employment law, including employment discrimination, family and medical leave issues, wage and hour issues, employee benefits, employee handbooks and policies and wrongful termination. Mr. Gulin also has considerable experience in the applicability of state and federal employment laws to federally-recognized Indian tribes. He also litigates employment discrimination cases in federal and state courts and administrative forums.

Mr. Gulin has written numerous articles on employment law issues including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Mr. Gulin graduated cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law in 1990, where he served as Articles Editor on the American University Law Review. After graduation, Mr. Gulin served for two years as law clerk to Judge Malcolm Muir of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University.

Mr. Gulin is a member of the bars of New York, California, Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
